I've had this machine for a while now and can honestly say that it gives a good work out. As with previous reviews I can agree that the computer is poor - mine gains about 1 minute per 10 minutes worked. This isn't too much of a problem as I have a Polar Heart Rate monitor watch which gives me time and more accurate calories. I managed to assemble it in about an hour. The only problem I had was with the foot pedals which I had to cut down as they were catching on the machine. I do 3 mins cycling then 3 x 4 mins x-training & 6 mins cycling for a session. The advantage being that you get your heart rate high on the x-training then sit down and cycle for 6 mins bringing your heart rate down but still working hard. All in all, for the price, it's a good piece of exercise machinery. 4 stars due to computer and pedals.
